ZUK is a sub brand of Lenovo, which had already surprised smartphone with very good price/performance. Today’s news (Lenovo) ZUK Edge is no exception – deliver equipment, price and quality workmanship with display covering 86.4%.
High performance and display with small frames
ZUK Edge powered by Snapdragon 821, accompanied by the Adreno 530 graphics chip and 4 GB or 6 GB of RAM. Already this powerful facility will complement the super-fast UFS 2.0 64 GB internal storage.
With 5.5″display and 2.5D curved glass, Full HD resolution and only 1.63 mm frame covering almost 90% of the body. Lenovo highlights the contrast ratio of 1500:1 and 85% NTSC color coverage. The home button below the screen is a fingerprint reader, which is able to unlock the device in just 0.09 seconds.
Autofocus camera with dual
Back camera is 13MP, Dual autofocus (continuous autofocus + PDAF), an aperture of f/2.2 and pixel size 1.34μm. Below it is a LED and a heart rate sensor.
ZUK Edge has a fairly decent ambition to reach audiophiles with DIRAC HD sound, which provides better Hi-Fi audio and still has a 3.5mm jack. For connectivity, we can expect 4G VoLTE, dual band Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.1 and USB-C, through which it will be possible to charge the battery with a capacity of 3100 mAh using rapid Quick Charge 3.0.
Pricing and Availability
Lenovo will begin selling a new smartphone ZUK Edge Android 7.0 starting from 1 January 2017. The selection will be two color options: white ceramic and titanium black. The price for the basic version Ram 4 GB starts at 2,299 Yuan and Ram 6GB is 2,499Yuan.
